who we are

what we keep, and why

when you join the list we keep:

• your email address
• when you joined, and the exact consent line you saw
• a passcode, if you used one, and who referred you, if someone did
• which shade you'd wear first, if you tell us
• where you came from (for example instagram or a friend's link)

we use it only to write to you about the launch and early access, and to understand which shades and which channels matter. the legal basis is your consent (gdpr article 6(1)(a)). you confirm it twice: when you join, and in the confirmation email.

who helps us

• klaviyo stores the list and sends the emails. klaviyo is based in the us; transfers are covered by the eu–us data privacy framework and standard contractual clauses.
• cloudflare hosts this site. we use cloudflare's web analytics, which sets no cookies and doesn't track you across sites.

no advertising pixels, no selling or sharing your data.

how long

until you unsubscribe, or at the latest 12 months after the launch if you never open an email.

your rights

you can unsubscribe with one click in any email, and ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time. you can also complain to the swedish authority for privacy protection (imy, imy.se).
